As a Real Estate Sales Executive at Propsmart Realty, you will play a crucial role in driving the sales of Residential Sales Business in Pune and surrounding regions. You will be responsible for generating new business and managing relationships with potential clients, primarily targeting investors and end users looking for housing projects..
Sales Generation: Identify, engage, and close new business opportunities for primary customers, lead generation, networking
Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers through follow ups, relation building, manage site visits, bookings
You will be reaching out to potential clients, conducting site visits, bookings targets, follow ups etc to ensure the transaction closed
Requirements:
Experience: Minimum 1-3 years of Real Estate/Banking/Insurance sales experience, preferably in real estate or related industries.
Skills: Strong communication skills in Marathi, Hindi, and English.
Knowledge: Good understanding of the real estate market, especially residential real estate and sales processes.
Sales Focused: Motivated and target-driven with the ability to close deals and achieve sales targets.
Location: Based in Pune with flexibility to travel for projects
Partnership Management: Experience working with developers and developing strong partnerships for mutual business growth.
Compensation:
Salary: ₹25,0,000 - ?4,00,000 per annum (based on experience)
Commission: Attractive commission structure on closed deals.
