Property showcasing

: Arranging and conducting site visits for clients.

Sales and negotiation

: Presenting properties, negotiating terms, and closing deals to achieve sales targets.

Market analysis

: Providing clients with insights on market conditions and property values.

Lead management

: Handling inbound inquiries, following up on leads, and converting them into sales.

Client relationship management

: Maintaining relationships with clients and providing after-sales support.

Reporting

: Reporting on sales activities and performance to management.
