We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused

Sales Executive

to join our real estate team in Nagpur. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to understand customer needs. You will be responsible for conducting site visits, explaining project details, and closing sales for residential properties.

Key Responsibilities

:

Build and maintain strong and professional relationships with customers. Understand the residential needs of prospective clients and guide them with suitable project options. Conduct project presentations, walk-throughs, and detailed site visits for potential buyers. Follow up with leads through calls, messages, and meetings to convert inquiries into sales. Negotiate effectively and close deals to meet monthly sales targets. Coordinate with the marketing team for campaigns, events, and lead-generation activities. Maintain an updated database of clients, inquiries, and follow-ups in CRM systems. Stay updated with local residential market trends, pricing, and competitor projects. Ensure proper documentation, legal compliance, and transparency throughout the sales process. Provide excellent post-sale support to customers for smooth possession and long-term relationships.

Requirements

:

1-2 years of experience

in residential real estate sales. Good understanding of residential projects (flats, apartments, housing projects). Excellent communication skills. Strong closing, negotiation, and follow-up skills. Ability to conduct site visits and project presentations confidently. Knowledge of Nagpur's real estate market preferred. Familiarity with CRM tools and lead management. Target-driven, self-motivated, and able to work independently. Strong interpersonal skills and customer-first approach. Two-wheeler with valid driving license preferred.
