Role Overview



The Sales Representative will be responsible for driving property sales, managing client relationships, generating qualified leads, and delivering an exceptional customer experience. This role requires excellent communication, negotiation skills, and a strong passion for real estate.

Key Responsibilities



Sales & Client Acquisition



Generate leads through cold calling, networking, site visits, and digital channels. Handle inbound and outbound inquiries efficiently. Conduct project presentations to prospective clients. Follow up with leads and convert them into successful property bookings.

Customer Relationship Management



Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat and referral business. Assist clients through the entire buying process--site visits, documentation, and closure. Understand customer needs and recommend suitable property options.

Project Knowledge & Coordination



Maintain in-depth knowledge of project details, pricing, inventory, amenities, and legal documentation. Coordinate with the marketing and site teams for smooth operations. Provide accurate sales reports and updates to management.

Negotiation & Closure



Negotiate prices, terms, and payment schedules within company guidelines. Ensure timely collection of booking amounts and required documents. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications



Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or related field (preferred). 1-5 years of real estate sales experience (freshers with strong communication skills may be considered). Strong verbal and written communication skills. Excellent negotiation and presentation abilities. Ability to work independently and meet targets. Knowledge of CRM tools, real estate documentation, and local property market trends (advantage).
