Job Requirement:

We are seeking a highly experienced Real Estate Sales Executive with a strong background in the real estate industry and having excellent communication skills in all local languages, along with negotiation, and closing skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Demonstrate an in-depth understanding of the real estate market, including both commercial and residential segments.

Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed performance targets.

Coordinate effectively with developers, channel partners, and clients to finalize deals and ensure efficient sales operations across various projects.

Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships by addressing their needs and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Generate qualified sales leads, attract new clients, and successfully close transactions.

Stay up to date with industry trends, market dynamics, documentation standards, and legal requirements to ensure smooth pre- and post-sales processes.

Prepare and present detailed sales performance reports, market analysis, and other relevant data to support strategic decision-making.

Identify and pursue new business opportunities, attend industry events, and actively expand the company's sales network.

Consistently meet or exceed sales targets as defined by company objectives.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹350,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
