Key Responsibilities:
Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive business growth and increase market share.
Identify new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and market research.
Manage end-to-end property sales processes -- from client acquisition to closure.
Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, brokers, and clients.
Conduct market analysis to identify trends, pricing strategies, and competitor activities.
Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis to management.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through professional service and support.
Coordinate with the marketing team to plan and execute promotional campaigns and property events.
Monitor and ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations.
