Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated
Real Estate Sales Executive
to join our team in Sanpada, Navi Mumbai. The ideal candidate should have experience in property sales, client handling, and achieving sales targets in the real estate sector.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate new leads through networking, site visits, and digital platforms.
Conduct client meetings and property presentations.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable properties.
Coordinate with channel partners and builders for property listings and deals.
Negotiate terms and close sales to meet monthly/quarterly targets.
Maintain strong post-sales relationships with clients.
Prepare and maintain sales reports, documentation, and CRM data.
Required Skills:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
Good knowledge of Navi Mumbai real estate market.
Ability to work under targets and manage multiple clients simultaneously.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
