Job Description

A real estate sales executive is responsible for

generating leads, managing property sales, and building client relationships

to achieve sales targets. Key duties include

prospecting new business, conducting property viewings, negotiating contracts, and providing excellent customer service

throughout the buying or selling process. This role requires strong negotiation skills, deep knowledge of the real estate market, and the ability to stay updated on industry trends.

Core responsibilities

Lead generation and client management:

Identify and build relationships with potential clients, and nurture existing client relationships.

Property sales:

Promote and sell residential and commercial properties, conduct property viewings, and provide market insights to clients.

Negotiation and closing:

Negotiate and finalize sales agreements, and close deals effectively to meet sales targets.

Market analysis:

Stay informed about real estate market trends, property values, competitor activities, and legal requirements.

Sales strategy and reporting:

Develop and implement sales strategies, prepare sales reports, and present them to management.

Administrative tasks:

Maintain accurate client records and manage the necessary documentation and contracts.

Required skills
