Key Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking, cold calling, and other lead generation activities.
Conduct property viewings and site visits with potential buyers or tenants.
Understand client needs and offer solutions that meet their requirements.
Negotiate deals and ensure a smooth closing process.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of property laws, market conditions, and pricing.
Prepare and present proposals, agreements, and other documentation related to real estate transactions.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients.
Coordinate with marketing and listing teams to promote properties.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field (preferred).
Proven experience in real estate sales or a similar field.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and a strong team player.
Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office.
Knowledge of local property laws and market trends.
Valid real estate license (if required by law).
Own vehicle and willingness to travel (if applicable).
Preferred Skills:
Fluency in multiple languages is a plus.
Experience in luxury or commercial real estate (optional).
Strong presentation and client relationship skills.
