: Real Estate Sales Executive

: Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities

:

Negotiate offers/terms; close deals and ensure paperwork & documentation are completed. Keep up-to-date with real estate market trends, pricing & competitor offerings. Maintain client relationships; provide after-sales service & follow up.

Skills & Attributes

:

Strong communication, negotiation & persuasion skills Client-oriented, good interpersonal skills. Self-motivated, goal driven. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Good organizational & time management skills. Basic tech skills: use of CRM tools, property listing portals, MS Office.

Qualifications & Experience

:

Bachelor's degree Prior experience in real estate sales (residential / commercial)
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Experience:

Sales: 1 year (Required)
Work Location: In person
