Key Responsibilities:
Identify prospective buyers and sellers through networking, cold calling, advertising, and referrals.
Schedule and conduct property viewings with clients.
Provide clients with guidance on market conditions, prices, legal requirements, and related matters.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat and referral business.
Promote properties through marketing channels, open houses, and online platforms.
Negotiate offers and close deals with both buyers and sellers.
Stay updated with real estate market trends, property values, and legislation.
Prepare necessary paperwork (contracts, leases, deeds, closing statements, etc.).
Collaborate with real estate agents, mortgage lenders, and legal professionals as needed.
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Sales Executive, preferably in real estate.
Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
Knowledge of real estate laws, regulations, and market practices.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field (preferred).
Valid real estate license (as per regional/local laws, if required).
Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
