Role Overview:

We are looking for a motivated and experienced

Sales Executive

to join our team at

Prabhadevi, Mumbai

. Your role will focus on converting qualified leads into successful sales, specifically targeting luxury residential plots and apartments.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound leads and inquiries from interested buyers.

Conduct client meetings, presentations, and site visit coordination (virtual or in- person) in Mumbai office.

Build trust and rapport with clients, especially from the

Gujarati and Jain communities

.

Clearly communicate project features, pricing, and investment value.

Ensure regular follow-ups and maintain detailed lead records.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client experience.

Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.

Candidate Requirements:

2-4 years of experience in

real estate sales

, preferably in

luxury or plotted developments

.

Strong communication, persuasion, and closing skills.

Client-centric approach and familiarity with the needs of Gujarati/Jain families is a plus.

Proficiency in using CRM tools and maintaining client data.

Willing to travel occasionally to

Deolali, Nashik

for site visits.

The candidate should compulsorily be Gujarati speaking.
