POST: REAL ESTATE SALES EXECUTIVE
1-Attend walking clients/broKers
2-Give presentation to the clients/brokers.
3-Show sample flats, explain the entire project.
4-Providing guidance and assisting sellers and buyers in marketing and purchasing property for the right price under the best terms.
5-Encourage/Convince client for our project.
6-Maintain data/report of site visit in excel.
7-Follow ups from client regarding their decision.
8-Meeting with clients and maintaining client relationships.
9-Attend CP meetings, and industry events.
10-Ensure constantly improving relationship experience with channel partners
to ensure proper Lead Management & Follow-ups.
11-Staying informed on real estate industry.
12-Developing quotes and proposals.
13-Helping the team to reach targets.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
