URGENT HIRING||REAL ESTATE SALES EXECUTIVE|| PUNE, MAHARASHTRA

Position: Sales Executive

CTC : 20K to 35KExperience: 1.5 to 5 Years

Location: Pune (Hinjewadi phase 2)

Roles & Responsibilities:

Call assigned fresh leads, explain project details, and convert them into site visits and sales. Visit potential clients and arrange customer visits at project sites. Understand customer requirements and present the most suitable project options. Handle client queries promptly via calls, emails, and meetings. Conduct professional presentations, proposals, and negotiations to close sales. Maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients by providing regular updates and guidance. Work closely with the marketing and management team to execute sales strategies. Achieve monthly sales targets by effectively converting leads into closures. Keep track of leads, follow-ups, and closures through CRM or sales tracking tools. Actively participate in exhibitions, promotional events, and property showcases.

Desired Skill Set:

Strong communication skills in

Hindi/Marathi and English

(verbal & written). Experience in real estate calling, lead handling, and conversions. Strong persuasion, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Excellent follow-up and coordination abilities. Comfortable using

MS Office, CRM software, and online marketing tools

. Self-motivated, result-oriented, and proactive.

Must have own vehicle

for client meetings and site visits.

Qualification & Experience:

Graduate / Post Graduate (Any Stream).

1-3 years of experience

in real estate sales or a similar role.
