Key Responsibilities
1. Sales
Drive sales across various asset categories including commercial, industrial, hospitality, and alternatives.
Handle end-to-end sales closing process, from customer site visits to final booking confirmation.
Engage with and manage high-net-worth individuals (HNIs), property consultants, brokers, and institutional clients to meet and exceed sales targets.
2. Marketing & Client Outreach
Plan and execute strategic marketing campaigns (digital, print, events, direct outreach).
Build and nurture relationships with clients, HNIs, property consultants, brokers, and referral networks.
Coordinate with project teams and external agencies to develop compelling materials and content reflecting the Karnavat brand.
3. Business Development & Brand Building
Identify opportunities for new re-development and acquisition of projects.
Network with stakeholders--landowners, consultants, redevelopment partners, and local authorities--to fuel business expansion.
Actively participate in property expos, industry forums, and community events to elevate brand visibility and generate leads.
