Must have experience in selling residential/commercial projects.
Knowledge of property documentation & customer handling is mandatory.
Local area knowledge preferred (Pune/Maharashtra region if applicable).

Generate leads through various channels - digital platforms, referrals, cold calling, and networking.
Present project details, features, benefits, and investment opportunities to clients.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the real estate market, competitor projects, and pricing trends.
Support clients through the documentation process - booking, registration, and loan coordination.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospects to ensure continuous sales growth.
