Key Responsibilities:

1. Client Relationship Management:

o Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and key stakeholders.

o Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their queries and concerns promptly.

2. Sales Strategy and Execution:

o Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve individual and team targets.

3. Customer Retention and Growth:

o Monitor client satisfaction levels and gather feedback for continuous improvement.

4. Marketing Support:

o Analyze market trends and competitor activities to refine sales strategies.

o Participate in trade shows, events, and other marketing activities to enhance brand visibility.

5. Reporting and Analysis:

o Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, sales activities, and revenue forecasts.

6. Team Collaboration:

o Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., product, operations, and marketing) to ensure seamless service delivery.

o Mentor and support junior team members in achieving their sales goals.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

Proven experience in sales, marketing, or client relationship management.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to analyze data and market trends to make informed decisions.
Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

Sales revenue growth and target achievement.
Client retention and satisfaction scores.
Number of new clients acquired.
