We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our Real Estate Pre-Sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging with potential leads, understanding their property requirements, scheduling site visits, and assisting them during flat showings.
Key Responsibilities:
Call and follow up with inbound/outbound leads generated through various marketing channels.
Explain project details, pricing, and offerings to prospective buyers.
Schedule and conduct site visits to show flats or sample apartments.
Coordinate with the sales and CRM teams to ensure smooth follow-up and closure.
Maintain a database of leads and update call outcomes in the CRM system.
Build a strong rapport with clients to understand their property needs.
Handle initial queries and objections professionally and politely.
Requirements:
0-2 years of experience in pre-sales, telecalling, customer service, or real estate.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to speak in multiple languages is a plus (especially English, Hindi, Marathi ).
Confidence in presenting and explaining properties to clients.
Basic knowledge of real estate trends is desirable but not mandatory.
Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome to apply.
