Key Responsibilities:



Handle inbound and outbound calls to prospective property buyers Conduct site visits and property showings for clients Understand client needs and recommend suitable properties Build and maintain client relationships to generate referrals Negotiate deals and coordinate with legal and documentation teams Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and closures Meet weekly and monthly sales targets

Requirements:



Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (Marathi, Hindi, English) Confident and persuasive personality with a go-getter attitude Willingness to travel within Pune for site visits Basic knowledge of real estate sales process preferred Own two-wheeler and smartphone preferred Familiarity with Pune real estate locations and builders is a plus
