Real Estate Sales Executive

Job Description

Job Responsibility:



1.Conduct daily outbound calls to prospective buyers and investors.

2.Generate, qualify, and nurture leads to support the sales process.

3.Arrange and coordinate property viewings and walk-ins.

4.Schedule and confirm meetings between clients and sales executives.

5. Maintain and update the lead database with detailed information.

6. Follow up consistently with leads to maximize conversion opportunities.

Salary : 18000 to 20000 per month



Incentive based on performance/ sales



Key Skills Required :



1 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

2 Ability to handle objections and convince potential buyers.

3 Basic computer knowledge (CRM tools, MS Excel, etc.).

4 Good organizational and multitasking abilities.

5 Prior experience in real estate or tele calling is an added advantage.

6 Fluency in (Hindi, Marathi and English )

Pay: ?18,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
