Responsibilities

Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties Stay updated on real estate market trends and property values Guide clients through the process of purchasing or selling real estate Negotiate contracts and terms of sale Ensure compliance with Fair Housing regulations Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders Provide exceptional customer service throughout the real estate transaction process

Experience

Knowledge of real estate law and administrative processes Ability to market properties effectively Strong negotiation skills Multilingual abilities are a plus Understanding of Fair Housing regulations Excellent communication skills Prior experience in customer service, sales, or real estate administrative roles
