Key Responsibilities:
Identify and connect with potential clients for property sales and leasing.
Conduct property site visits, presentations, and negotiations.
Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, investors, and developers.
Understand client requirements and provide personalized property solutions.
Generate leads through networking, digital marketing, and referrals.
Coordinate property documentation, agreements, and legal formalities.
Stay updated on market trends, pricing, and competitor activities.
Use CRM tools, WhatsApp, and social media for client management and follow-ups.
