Lead Handling & Follow-ups
Call buyers and tenants regularly
Follow up multiple times until closure
Handle rejection and still stay polite
Field Work (Mandatory)
Visit properties daily
Meet owners, buyers, tenants on-site
Walk long distances and travel in traffic
Client Coordination
Explain property details clearly
Coordinate between owner, buyer, advocate, bank, and office
Handle pressure from all sides calmly
Sales & Closing
Convince serious clients
Support negotiation under guidance
Assist till token, agreement, and registration
Data & Reporting
Maintain daily call and visit records
Update MIS, WhatsApp, and registers
Share daily work report honestly
Market Research
Collect property data from field and online
Verify availability and correctness
Handle owners who may be rude or non-cooperative
Discipline & Ethics
Follow company process strictly
No false commitment to clients
Protect company commission and data
