Job Description

The Real Estate Sales Manager is responsible for leading the sales team, driving property sales, developing sales strategies, and ensuring revenue targets are achieved. The role includes managing channel partners, client relationships, site visits, negotiations, and overall sales operations in residential or commercial real estate.

Key Responsibilities1. Sales Strategy & Target Achievement



Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual sales targets. Monitor sales performance, pipeline, and conversion ratios. Plan pricing, offers, and promotional strategies in coordination with management.

2. Team Leadership & Management



Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to improve performance. Assign leads, monitor follow-ups, and ensure closure efficiency. Conduct regular sales meetings, reviews, and performance evaluations.

3. Lead Management & Client Handling



Manage inbound and outbound leads from digital platforms, channel partners, and referrals. Handle high-value client meetings, negotiations, and deal closures. Ensure excellent customer experience throughout the buying journey.

4. Channel Partner & Broker Management



Build and manage relationships with channel partners, brokers, and real estate agents. Conduct CP meets, training sessions, and incentive programs. Ensure channel partner productivity and compliance.

5. Site Visits & Closures



Coordinate and conduct property site visits with clients. Explain project details, pricing, payment plans, and legal documentation. Close deals and ensure timely booking amounts and documentation.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
