Hiring Real Estate Sales Executive, Team Managers

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify new business opportunities (clients, partnerships)

- Build relationships with property owners, developers, and clients

- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to drive lead generation

- Analyze market trends and competitor activity in the real estate sector

- Manage and expand existing client relationships

Requirements:

- Proven experience in real estate business development or sales leadership

- Strong network and communication skills

- Knowledge of real estate market trends and regulations

- Experience in managing and mentoring sales teams

Skills:

- Negotiation and deal-making

- Real Estate Lead generation

- Market analysis and research

- Relationship building and management

- Strategic planning and execution

Qualifications:

Minimum 5 to 10 years experience in real estate sales (residential flats, commercial, plots etc.)

Qualified MBA, MCom, Bcom, in Sales specialiation

Proven track record of real estate sales and achieving assigned targets

Fluent in, English, Hindi, Kannada etc

Fashion to handle multiple clients and closing the deals positively

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹200,000.00 per month
