Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and energetic
Sales Executive
to join our real estate team. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a good understanding of the real estate market, and the ability to close deals effectively. This role involves working with property buyers and sellers, building relationships, and driving sales performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify prospective buyers and understand their requirements.
Source and list new properties for sale from owners or builders.
Conduct site visits and property showings with potential clients.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends, pricing, and available inventory.
Maintain a strong follow-up system to convert leads into sales.
Update CRM and provide regular sales reports to management.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in any field (preferably Marketing, Business, or Real Estate).
1-3 years of experience in real estate sales or related field (Freshers with strong interest may also apply).
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in local language(s) and English.
Self-driven, target-oriented, and presentable.
Two-wheeler and valid driving license preferred.
