Sales Executives
to promote and sell our ongoing and upcoming projects.
Role & Responsibilities:
Generate leads through cold calling, referrals, networking, and site visits.
Meet prospective clients, understand their property requirements, and recommend suitable options.
Conduct project presentations, customer meetings, and property site visits.
Maintain regular follow-up with clients to convert leads into closures.
Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.
Maintain client relationships to ensure repeat and referral business.
Coordinate with the marketing team for campaigns, promotions, and events.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
Key Skills Required:
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Good knowledge of real estate market and sales process.
Ability to handle client queries professionally and close deals.
Target-oriented, proactive, and self-motivated.
Knowledge of MS Office and CRM software is an added advantage.
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration / Marketing / Commerce (preferred).
1-4 years of sales experience (real estate experience preferred).
Freshers with strong sales skills may also be considered.
