experienced Real Estate Sales Executives
with in-depth knowledge of
North or South Bangalore
markets. The ideal candidate must have strong
client follow-up discipline

builder coordination skills

Key Responsibilities:
Handle property sales transactions end-to-end, from lead stage to closure.
Communicate and coordinate with
builder sales teams
for site visits, inventory, and pricing.
Meet and follow up with prospective clients to understand their property requirements.
Conduct site visits and present project details with confidence.
Provide market insights and project comparisons to guide clients in decision-making.
Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, investors, and builders.
Negotiate and close deals while ensuring client satisfaction.
Requirements:
Minimum
1 year of experience
in real estate sales.
Strong knowledge of
North or South Bangalore
projects and micro-markets.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and client handling skills.
Ability to build strong relationships with builder teams.
Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license.
Having an existing client database is an added advantage.
