We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Real Estate Sales Representative to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for real estate, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to close deals while maintaining long-term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Actively identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and site visits
2. Handle walk-in clients and provide complete information about the property/project
3. Schedule and conduct site visits and follow up with prospects
4. Understand client needs and offer solutions that align with their requirements
5. Negotiate terms and close deals effectively
Requirements:
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and target-driven
Ability to work independently as well as in a team
Fluency in English is a must
Work Timings:
6 days a week (including weekends), with one weekday off.
