About the Role:
We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our Resale
team. This role is ideal for individuals who excel in client interactions, have strong
communication skills, and are adept at managing the end-to-end property sales process. The
candidate should have a solid understanding of the local real estate market, a passion for
closing deals, and established networks with channel partners to generate quality leads.
Key Responsibilities
Show properties to buyers, understand their requirements, and provide tailored property
options.
Build trust with clients through a consultative sales approach and address their queries
effectively.
Manage the sales process end-to-end, from property visits to negotiation and closing.
Develop strategies to meet and exceed sales targets and ensure timely deal closures.
Leverage, build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners to source quality
leads
Stay updated on local real estate trends and market opportunities.
Cultivate lasting client relationships, offering ongoing support, advice, and post-sale
assistance to encourage repeat business and referrals.
Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth property transactions.
Requirements
2-4 years of experience in sales in the residential real estate or resale sector.
Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to build rapport with diverse clients and manage multiple leads effectively.
Strong knowledge of local geography and market trends.
Presentable, soft-spoken, and approachable demeanor.
Self-driven, highly motivated, and aggressive in pursuing sales opportunities.
A passion for real estate and a hunger to close deals.
