Job Title: Sales Executive (Real Estate)

Job Responsibilities
? Assist clients in buying, selling, or renting properties.
? Prospect and generate leads for potential clients.
? Conduct property viewings and open houses.
? Negotiate contracts and sales terms.
? Stay up to date with local real estate market trends and regulations.
? Provide exceptional customer service to clients and follow up on leads.

Required Skills and Qualifications
? Bachelor's degree in any field (MBA preferred).
? Proven experience in real estate sales or related field.
? Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
? Strong client relationship management skills.
? Ability to achieve targets and work independently.

Salary & Benefits
? Salary: ?15,000 - ?30,000 + Incentives
