Sales Executive/Consultant

: Manages the full sales cycle, from marketing properties and conducting open houses to negotiating and closing deals, often involving site visits and client meetings.

Presales Executive

: Focuses on initial lead generation, responding to inquiries (RFPs), and supporting the main sales team, sometimes welcoming freshers with good communication skills.

Sales Manager

: Leads teams, develops sales strategies, manages channel partners, and ensures targets are met, requiring strong interpersonal and market research skills.

Market Knowledge

: Understanding local real estate trends, zoning, and regulations (e.g., in areas like Kolkata, New Town, Rajarhat).

Client Interaction

: Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service for managing clients and property owners.

Sales Acumen

: Proven experience in residential/property sales, lead generation, and closing deals.

Technical Skills

: Familiarity with property management software, MS Office, and potentially 2D layout drafting (AutoCAD)
