Key Responsibilities

Client & Lead Management:

Generate leads, build client databases, understand client needs, conduct property viewings, and provide ongoing support.

Sales & Negotiation:

Present properties, negotiate terms, close sales, and meet targets.

Market Expertise:

Stay updated on local market trends, property values, and legal regulations.

Property Marketing:

List properties, conduct open houses, and promote effectively.

Transaction Coordination:

Prepare documents, facilitate paperwork, and collaborate with legal/finance teams.

Reporting:

Provide sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to management.
Key Skills & Qualifications

Experience:

Proven sales or real estate experience, active license (if required).

Sales Skills:

Negotiation, communication, presentation, relationship building, target achievement.

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in CRM software, MLS, MS Office.

Personal Attributes:

Self-motivated, problem-solver, organized, strong interpersonal skills.

Education:

Bachelor's degree often preferred (Business, Real Estate)

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month
