Role Overview:
The Sales Executive will be responsible for selling fresh / new launch real estate projects, generating leads, meeting clients, conducting site visits, and closing sales as per company targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Promote and sell fresh launch real estate projects from builders and developers
Generate leads through cold calling, social media, property portals, field activities, and referrals
Attend and follow up with walk-in leads, event leads, and marketing-generated inquiries
Understand client requirements and recommend suitable units within new projects
Conduct professional site visits and explain project features, pricing, floor plans, and amenities
Maintain strong client relationships to drive bookings and referral sales
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Stay updated with competitor projects, pricing, inventory, and market trends
Coordinate with builders, channel partners, and internal teams for booking and documentation
Maintain accurate records in CRM / Excel
Required Skills:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong negotiation and deal-closing abilities
Good understanding of real estate market, especially new/fresh project sales
Presentable personality with client-handling skills
Target-driven, self-motivated, and proactive
Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools
Additional Requirements:
Two-wheeler preferred for field visits
Willingness to travel frequently for client meetings and project site visits
Ability to work under pressure and deliver results
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
