Key Responsibilities



Identify and generate leads through networking, referrals, and marketing campaigns. Handle inbound inquiries and follow up with potential clients. Conduct site visits and property presentations to clients. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat and referral business. Understand client requirements and recommend suitable properties. Negotiate and close sales deals to achieve monthly targets. Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions. Stay updated on real estate trends, competitor projects, and market conditions.

Requirements



Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. Ability to work under pressure and achieve sales targets. Pleasant personality with client-handling skills. Freshers passionate about sales in real estate are encouraged to apply. Knowledge of Gurugram/Delhi NCR real estate market will be an added advantage.
