Job Description

We are hiring

dynamic and motivated Sales Executives

with experience in

selling residential or investment plots across multiple cities

. The ideal candidate is confident, and has a strong follow-up. You'll be handling leads, managing CRM, and driving revenue through consistent conversions. You will get Fixed Salary + Incentives on each sale.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle

incoming inquiries

and make

outbound calls

to potential clients.

Present, pitch, and sell

residential/commercial plots confidently. Conduct detailed

follow-ups

with leads through calls, WhatsApp, and CRM updates.

Manage CRM system

efficiently -- log calls, track leads, and update status regularly. Coordinate with marketing and operations for

site visits and deal closures

. Achieve

monthly targets

and maximize incentives. Stay updated on

project details

to pitch effectively.

Requirements:

6 months to 2 years of

real estate sales experience

, especially in

plot selling

.

Strong communication skills

in English and Hindi. Confident and

energetic personality

with result-oriented mindset. Proven ability to

close leads and convert

through follow-ups. Should be comfortable working from office and meeting walk-in clients.
