We are looking for enthusiastic and results-driven Real Estate Sales Executives to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in property sales, client handling, and achieving sales targets. You will play a key role in connecting clients with their ideal properties and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate leads through various channels (calls, walk-ins, referrals, and online platforms).
Conduct property visits and explain project details to prospective clients.
Understand client requirements and suggest suitable properties.
Negotiate and close sales deals while ensuring client satisfaction.
Maintain relationships with existing and new clients for repeat and referral business.
Coordinate with the marketing team to support sales campaigns and promotions.
Maintain accurate records of sales, leads, and client interactions.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in any field (preferred).
1-3 years of experience in real estate sales or a similar field.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Strong client relationship management and interpersonal abilities.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
Familiarity with local property markets and trends will be an advantage.
