We are looking for an energetic
Sales Executive
to join our team. You will be responsible for handling client leads, conducting meetings and site visits, and coordinating with builders to gather project details. This role is perfect for someone passionate about real estate, enjoys interacting with people, and thrives in a target-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
Call and follow up with potential leads provided by the company
Meet clients, explain project details, and understand their requirements
Schedule and conduct
site visits
with clients
Build relationships with builders, developers, and channel partners to collect project details and updates
Negotiate and close deals with clients to achieve sales targets
Maintain records of calls, meetings, and site visits
Provide feedback and market insights to the management team
Requirements
Minimum Education: 12th pass (Graduation preferred)
Good communication skills in
Hindi & English
(regional language is a plus)
Confident personality with strong negotiation and convincing skills
Comfortable with fieldwork and client-facing role
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, WhatsApp, CRM tools)
Prior experience in real estate sales preferred (freshers with strong passion for sales can apply)
Two-wheeler and valid driving license preferred
What We Offer
Starting Salary: ₹15,000 per month
