Conduct professional site visits and property tours, articulating project features and value propositions effectively to potential buyers.
Drive consistent sales performance by achieving monthly and quarterly targets through strategic lead conversion.
Assess client requirements thoroughly to offer personalized and effective property solutions.
Collaborate closely with the marketing team to optimize lead generation and ensure timely follow-up on inquiries.
Maintain detailed and up-to-date records of client interactions, negotiations, and deal closures using CRM tools.
Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and pricing dynamics to maintain a competitive edge.
Qualifications & Skills:
Minimum of 1 year of successful experience in real estate sales (residential and/or commercial).
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Proven ability to build strong, long-term client relationships and close high-value deals.
Self-driven, target-oriented, and committed to achieving results.
