Position Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and highly motivated Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in real estate sales and a deep understanding of the Gurgaon market. This is a great opportunity to work on high-profile projects and grow within a performance-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation & Conversion: Proactively identify potential clients, generate qualified leads, and convert them into sales opportunities. Client Consultation: Assist clients throughout the property selection, negotiation, and closing processes to ensure a seamless buying experience. Relationship Management: Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat and referral business. Market Intelligence: Stay up to date with current listings, pricing trends, and competitor offerings in the Gurgaon market. Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
Key Skills & Requirements

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated, target-oriented, and result-driven approach. Minimum 1-2 years of prior experience in real estate sales is mandatory. Proven experience in handling projects from developers like DLF, EMAAR, M3M, Elan, TARC, Sobha, Whiteland, etc., will be highly preferred. Strong understanding of the Gurgaon real estate market.
