Job Description

Manage and track sales targets and performance metrics

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Negotiation and persuasion Knowledge of real estate Number of new leads generated monthly Property viewings and follow-ups completed Sales closed (monthly/quarterly) Accompany the customer for site visits & display property to them. Degree holder with a minimum 2-4 Years Excellent communication skills. Lead Generation and Conversion: Generate leads through walk-ins, referrals, database calling and online channels, and convert them into sales. Identify and reach out to potential buyers Candidates in and around Hoskote and Whitefield

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?23,000.00 per month
