Key Responsibilities

Manage client relationships for residential properties (mid-rise apartments, duplexes, etc.).
Conduct site visits, present property options, and handle negotiations and closings.
Maintain a pipeline of potential buyers and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.

Desired Candidate Profile

Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
High level of motivation, professionalism, and a "Game-Changer" attitude.
Knowledge of the Noida/Greater Noida real estate market is a plus.
