Qualification:
Graduation in any stream, (Preference Marketing, or Real Estate)
Experience:
Minimum 3 years of experience in real estate sales

Location: Kotambi, halol. Jarod, Waghodia
Roles and Responsibility
:
Conduct daily site visits with clients and present project details clearly.
Handle all customer queries related to pricing, plots, documents, or amenities.
Maintain regular follow-ups with leads through calls, WhatsApp, and in-person meetings.
Convert leads into sales by understanding customer needs and offering suitable options.
Coordinate with the documentation and legal team for smooth post-sale processes.
Prepare and share daily sales and visit reports with the reporting manager.
Participate in branding, marketing activities, and on-site promotional events when required.
Ensure excellent customer service before and after the sale to build long-term relationships.
Skills:
Basic knowledge of real estate sales process
Strong communication and client-handling skills
Good convincing and follow-up abilities
Self-driven and goal-oriented
Familiar with local geography of assigned area (Jarod, Kotambi, Waghodia, Halol)Basic computer and smartphone usage (Excel, WhatsApp, Google Maps, etc.)
Presentable personality with a customer-first approach
Ability to work independently at site location
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
