Conduct client site visits at Dholera and effectively present project offerings
Close sales deals through effective negotiation, follow-ups, and client engagement
Maintain ongoing coordination with clients, addressing queries and guiding them through the sales process
Perform basic document verification and ensure necessary legal compliance
Understand and explain NA (Non-Agricultural) land processes, licensing requirements, and government approvals
Prepare and deliver impactful sales presentations to prospective clients
Maintain strong follow-up on leads, inquiries, and post-visit communication
Keep accurate records of daily visits, meetings, and conversions
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution and client satisfaction
Qualifications:
1 to 5 years of proven experience in real estate sales, preferably in plotting or land projects
Strong knowledge of licensing procedures, NA land documentation, and real estate regulatory norms
Excellent presentation skills and the ability to build rapport with clients
Strong communication in Gujarati, Hindi, and English
Willingness to travel regularly to the Dholera project site
Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently
Must have strong client servicing and follow-up skills
