Job Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented

Real Estate Salesperson

with 4-5 years of proven experience in property sales. The ideal candidate should have a strong sales background, excellent communication skills, and a solid understanding of the real estate market. A proactive attitude and the ability to close deals independently is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

Actively generate leads and convert them into sales. Handle client inquiries, site visits, and property presentations. Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients. Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable property options. Negotiate and close sales deals effectively. Stay updated on market trends, property values, and competitor activities. Collaborate with the marketing team for promotional campaigns and events. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Requirements:

4-5 years of experience in real estate sales or similar industry. Strong sales and negotiation skills with a proven track record of closures. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and in a team. Good understanding of local property markets and legal documentation. Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred but not mandatory). Own vehicle and valid driving license (preferred).
