Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Real Estate Sales Executive to join our team for Bhawans Ultima, a premium residential project in Vesu, Surat. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in real estate sales, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to convert leads into successful deals.

Key Responsibilities:

Generate and manage qualified leads through various sales and marketing activities. Conduct site visits with prospective buyers and explain project details. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business. Handle client queries and follow up regularly until closure. Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies with campaigns. Maintain accurate records of leads, prospects, and closed deals. Provide regular updates to management regarding sales progress and market feedback.

Pay: ₹12,067.39 - ₹43,382.67 per month
