Key Responsibilities:



Engage with inbound homebuyer leads and understand their property requirements. Recommend suitable projects based on budget, location preference & lifestyle needs. Coordinate & conduct site visits and explain project features in detail. Maintain accurate client records using Google Sheets / Excel. Build long-term client relationships for referrals and repeat business. Ensure timely follow-ups via phone, WhatsApp, & email. Achieve monthly sales targets and support customer journey end-to-end. Stay updated on market trends, new project launches & competitor offerings.

Preferred Candidate Profile



Any Graduate (Freshers can apply) 0 to 2 years of experience in Real Estate Sales / Pre-sales / Inside Sales / BPO Customer Handling (preferred but not mandatory) Strong communication skills English (mandatory), Kannada (added advantage) Good convincing skills, confident personality & target-driven mindset Must be comfortable with fieldwork & client meetings Basic computer knowledge: Excel, Google Sheets, Email, WhatsApp Business
