Responsible for promoting and selling properties to prospective buyers. This role requires a deep understanding of the real estate market, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
Identify and target potential buyers through various channels, including online platforms, referrals, and networking events. Conduct market research to identify potential leads and stay updated on industry trends.
Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to showcase properties to potential buyers.
Coordinate with marketing teams to create promotional materials, including online listings, brochures, and advertisements.
Respond to inquiries from potential buyers and provide information about properties.
