As a Real Estate Sales Executive, your primary responsibilities include:
Project Planning and Execution:
You will be responsible for meticulously planning, scheduling, and executing real estate sales projects to meet and exceed targets.
Problem-Solving and Decision-Making:
This role involves identifying key challenges in the sales process and making data-driven decisions to overcome obstacles and drive results.
Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams:
Working closely with marketing, legal, and finance teams to ensure cohesive strategies and seamless execution of sales plans.
Leadership and Mentorship:
Providing leadership to the sales team, mentoring junior sales staff, and fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
Process Improvement and Innovation:
Constantly seeking opportunities to innovate sales processes, improve efficiency, and stay ahead of market trends.
Technical or Customer-Facing Responsibilities:
Engaging with clients, conducting property viewings, negotiating deals, and utilizing CRM systems to manage customer relationships effectively.
