About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Real Estate Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, managing client relationships, and closing property deals.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate and follow up on leads through field visits, cold calling, referrals, and digital platforms
Conduct property showings and site visits for potential clients
Understand client requirements and suggest suitable properties
Negotiate deals and ensure smooth closure of transactions
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends, pricing, legal documentation, and competition
Build long-term relationships with clients and provide post-sale support
Prepare and maintain daily reports and customer databases
Requirements:
Proven experience in real estate sales, telesales, or a customer-facing role (preferred)
Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and closing skills
Good knowledge of the local property market and legal real estate processes
